IB Cancels Paper 2 - For 2021 & 2022

IBO has agreed to cancel Paper 2 for the years 2021 and 2022, in view of the student’s and teacher’s well-being. This is due to a decrease in instructional time, which has affected students who started their studies in 2020 (May_2022_exam_schedule).

In the assessments for 2021 and 2022, there are major changes. Language B and language ab initio listening part modifications (originally scheduled for first evaluation May 2020) will be implemented in the May 2022 review session. In addition, the IBO has decided to analyse Economics, Music, and TOK first, and to modify marks, weightings, and review examination times accordingly. (IBO adapted assessment.)
